BUILDERS RUBBLE RECYCLING: LOW STRENGTH CONCRETE

Introduction
Demolition debris is a serious environmental problem and their disposal represents a difficult challenge for recycling centers, which see their quantity increase dramatically.
Problem to be solved
The accumulation of rubble in the recycling centers entails enormous problems of storage and final destination. Moreover, even if crashed and sold as stabilization material, it has a very low commercial value and consequently does not allow the recycling center to profit.
Kimera solution
The K9 plant offers an immediate solution for the disposal of the recycled inert transforming it into a cemented mixture. Actually, thanks to the mixing with a minimum percentage of cement and water, the cementitious matrix contained inside the rubble is reactivated, creating a very good product for foundation, with a decidedly superior value compared to the merely stabilizing material.
